Privacy Policy
Last updated June 6, 2026
This policy explains what data All Mighty Helper ("the bot") collects when added to a Discord server, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What data we collect
We store only what the bot's features need to function:
- Server configuration you set through this dashboard (channel IDs, role IDs, feature toggles, message templates), keyed by server ID.
- Moderation records such as warnings and ticket metadata, keyed by server and user ID.
- Aggregate activity counts for analytics (messages per channel per day, joins and leaves). We store counts, not message content.
- Optional profile data you provide to features you use, like a birthday (month and day) or an AFK status message.
How we use it
Data is used solely to operate the features you enable: applying your configuration, posting logs, generating analytics, and running scheduled actions like birthday announcements. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
Data retention
Configuration persists until you change it or remove the bot. Analytics are kept on a rolling 30-day window and pruned automatically. Per-feature records (warnings, tickets) persist until deleted by a server moderator or until the bot is removed.
Third parties
The bot runs on Discord's API and stores data in Supabase (Postgres). These providers process data only to host the service. We do not share your data with any other third party.
Your rights
Server administrators can edit or clear configuration at any time from this dashboard, and removing the bot stops further collection. To request deletion of records tied to your user or server, contact us through the support server.
